Watch The Gravy Series 2, Episode 11. This excellent show, hosted by Warren Maxwell of Little Bushmen, features an interview with man-of-a-thousand faces (including the clown in our music video for Checking the Sun), Rhys Latton. Robert Appierdo directed the interview which features footage of various characters Rhys has developed, including PuddleMaggot! You must see PuddleMaggot.

Thanks to everyone who came to the San Fran gig, it was a huge success and a great send off for Tim. Playing with one of the best drummers out there is one thing, but playing with the two best drummers I have ever worked with together on the same night is tremendous. The positive feedback to the new songs is greatly appreciated. Thanks also to Patricia from MASC and the Adelaide for a fun gig the other night.
Stefan, Dave and I are currently working on more new material and the ideas keep flowing. I will keep you all posted on future gigs and other activities.

Riverblind have two Wellington gigs coming up:

July 4th 10pm at Subnine with Shaking Fists, Elston Gun and New Friend. $5 on the door.

July 11th 8pm at San Francisco Bathhouse with Rosy Tin Teacaddy, Matt Langley Band, The Volunteers and Moonlight Flit. $10 ticket/$15 on the door.

The San Fran gig is a showcase event for WellingtonLiveMusic.com. It will be an exciting show with a great lineup and a special once-in-a-lifetime performance from us. This is because July 11th will also be the send-off show for Tim. He will be playing drums for some tracks as well as playing percussion along side Stefan for others. Don't miss this unique performance!

Tickets for the San Fran show will be available for purchase at Real Groovy in the next few days for $10. Otherwise it's $15 on the door. See you there!

Riverblind has a new drummer: Stefan Sarten.
We are currently practicing hard with him so he can learn the old material as well as brand new music.
We wish Tim all the best - we couldn't have done it without you.

Three items of news on the agenda:
1. Our EP Mind Estate is now available on CD at Real Groovy in Wellington, the CD Store on Lambton Quay and in both CD and MP3 format from www.amplifier.co.nz
2. The video for Checking the Sun is completed and can be viewed on youtube - check it out below! Thank you Mr Appierdo!
3. We have a gig tonight for Joe Ryan's birthday bash. Come down to Happy bar around about 8.30pm to see Joe, Moon Whispers and us. $10 on the door.
